For one of our client, we are looking for a temporary position (two months mission, full time)
Accounting and Administrative Assistant
You will be in charge of :
- Accounting duties
The incumbent reviews and prepares voucher packages and processes simple and complex payments. The incumbent receives and logs invoices, gathers other supporting documentations such as purchase orders and receiving reports to prepare a complete voucher package.
The incumbent will also submit complete voucher packages to a different office for processing.
- Administrative duties
As Administrative Assistant, processes incoming/outgoing mail by date stamping each piece of mail. Maintains files of processed vouchers, reports and also manages the report disposition according to regulations. Order office supplies.
- Other duties
Performs other duties as assigned by the Financial Specialist or American Financial Management Officer.
Your profile :
Education: 2 years of college
Experience: One year of experience in voucher examination and administrative operations
Languages: Fluent in English & French
Skills & Abilities: Must be able to comprehend and apply complicates regulations and procedure, show attention to details, critically analyze data and draw well-thought conclusions, and clearly articulate both oral and writing. Proficiency in Excel and Word Application are required.
